SHARDLOW RURAL DISTRICT COUNCIL.
Infectious Disease (Notification) Act, 1889.
CHICKEN POX.
NOTICE is Hereby Given that the Shardlow Rural District Council have passed a Resolution making the Provisions of the above Act applicable throughout their District for a period of six months from August 18th, 1925, to CHICKEN POX.
In accordance with the Act any case of Chicken Pox occurring in the District must be notified to the Medical Officer of Health, Dr. S. Hunt, of Spondon, Near Derby.
The Parishes to which this notice applies are:—
Arleston & Sinfin. Melbourne. Aston-on-Trent. Normanton. Barrow-on-Trent. Ockbrock. Breadsall. Risley. Breaston. Sandiacre. Chaddesden. Sawley. Chellaston. Shardlow. Dale Abbey. Sinfin Moor. Derby Hills. Spondon. Draycott. Stanley. Elvaston. Stanton-by-Bridge. Hopwell. Stanton-by-Dale. Kirk Hallam. Swarkestone. Little Eaton. West Hallam. Littleover. Weston-on-Trent.
