At the Court: Multiple Cases at Ilkeston Petty Sessions

AT THE COURT.

For keeping a dog without a licence, Isaac Scarey, of 35, Osmaston-street, Sandiacre, was yesterday at Ilkeston Petty Sessions fined 10s. To Pet a the case.—Summoned for violent conduct at Sandiacre, Henry Smith, Albany-terrace, Stapleford and Philip Albert Shilton, Newstreet, Stapleford, were ordered to pay the costs 4s. each.—For riding a motor-cycle without having a local taxation licence at Stanton-by-Dale on July 22nd, Percy Taylor, “Clarendon,” Stapleford, was fined £1, the case being proved by P.c. Parfitt.
