The Bishop of Lichfield has instituted the Rev. W. Fox, M.A., curate of Stanton-by-Dale, Derbyshire, to the vicarage of that parish, vacant by the preferment of the Rev. J. M. Freshfield, M.A., on the nomination of Earl Stanhope.
