MESSRS. J. and W. HEATHCOTE are honored with instructions from the Executors of the late Mrs. WEBSTER, to SELL by AUCTION, on WEDNESDAY, February 16th, 1870, on the Premises of Mr. Wm. HOLLINGWORTH, jun., Stanton Grove, 1 mile from Stanton Gate Station, 7 miles by road from Derby, and 8 from Nottingham, the excellent Dining, Drawing, Bedroom, and other FURNITURE, comprising carpets, feather beds, bedsteads, bed linen, mahogany sofa in hair cloth, ditto chairs in hair, handsome Spanish mahogany bookcase, mahogany loo table, barometer, clock, timepiece, microscope in case, rep curtains, engravings, mahogany cabriole dressing table with fixed glass, mahogany pedestal, a large quantity of valuable books, glass, crockery, house and kitchen requisites, and various useful articles too numerous to mention.
