BANKRUPTCY.

FEBRUARY 25th.

In re George Holmes, of Stanton-by-Dale, in this county, butcher, a bankrupt.—This was the first meeting of creditors. The assets appeared to be about £20. One creditor only proved his debt. There was no opposition, and no creditor’s assignee was chosen. The bankrupt appeared, and his protection was continued until the 15th of March, the day appointed for the bankrupt’s last examination, and application for order of discharge. Solicitor for the bankrupt, Mr. Garvey.
