ALL that Commodious and Convenient HOUSE and PREMISES, now in the occupation of Mr. Luke Sisson, of Stanton, consisting of ten rooms, with an old ESTABLISHED GROCERY BUSINESS, an excellent Garden, with every other requisite convenience for carrying on an extensive and respectable Trade; the Baking or Butchering business might be added with the certainty of success; it is situated in the populous and thriving Village of Stanton-by-Dale, where extensive Iron-works are in operation, and likely to be considerably enlarged; it is subject to a ground rent of 10s. per year, and has an unexpired term of 36 years to run held under a Building Lease of the Right Hon. Earl Stanhope.
